The hostess was fantastic and welcoming before and after the service of food. The cook was wondering and really funny, you can tell it was nothing rehearsed. Food was amazing. They even make sure that everyone in the party receive the same amount serving of rice by putting in a bowl for each of us. The interior of the place has a sexy appeal to you very nice for dates. Will definitely come back when I visit Atl again.
We walked in and we were greeted with smiles and rushed to plush comfortable chairs and out of the scorching heat of summer. Our waitress was so sweet she even suggested some great sushi rolls to try. We had a variety of food and each thing was better than the next. We started out with Calamari which was light, crisp, and seasoned great! Next was the shrimp noodles, they were a lot thicker noodles than what I expected, but good none the less! The next and finally dish of the night was the sushi! I opted for the Salmon roll which was good, but my friend had the lobster roll which was phenomenal! I absolutely love this place and I look forward to coming back for some hibachi next time!
nights ago and had a great meal! We ordered the lobster spring rolls, which were excellent!! I also had a green tea martini – it was good, a little sweet which isn’t really my style, but it was still a good cocktail. My room mates and I all ordered Hibachi. We had shrimp, chicken, and steak – shrimp was the best. Everything was so yummy, and we had leftovers! Very cool decor and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend going there.
wow yum yum the best place ever. Will def come here! Great drinks!!!
Amazing Sushi place with modern atmosphere and cool folks providing outstanding service!
Tuna Dynasty Roll and Rainbow Roll with my fancy mango-peach cocktail.
This is my favorite place restaurant for sushi/hibachi. The sushi is so good it’s actually the only place I go to for sushi n hibachi. I just often eat sushi more than hibachi. When I do go for the hibachi, it’s was always good too.
I think the reason why I like this place is because of the food, the environment, service. I feel like they have the best service compare to other hibachi restaurant where they just take your plates away without asking. The servers at Taki they are very real n friendly n caring.
It’s just better than the other hibachi/sushi restaurant.
We ordered hibachi (salmon, lobster, filet and shrimp), sushi rolls, dumplings and Kani pockets (basically like crab Rangoon). All the food was delicious and I recommend this place. I had a cosmopolitan and strong drink with no complaints!! The decor is very modern and very posh
This place is very unassuming. You walk in and the atmosphere reminds me of something I’d see in Boca Raton. This place has great CS and the sushi is amazing. You won’t be disappointed w anything, hibachi is fun, but the sushi and quality and cleanliness of this restaurant is grade A. Fried rice is to die for… And did I mention the sushi rolls?!?
So glad we found this place! Food and service were excellent. The GM is very personable and checked on us a few times since it was our first time. We had the hibachi in the dining room, not the grill, and had a quiet night enjoying our food and each other. The Yum Yum sauce was perfect! We will definitely be back soon!
Great food. Great atmosphere. Fast service for a Japanese restaurant. Nice decor. Great price for the location. The steak, shrimp and chicken were delicious. Totally worth every penny.
My group for prom went here. The manager is nice and accomidating for us. They didn’t give us a hard time bc we are in high school and actually treated us like adults. We did not sit in hibachi and had two tables of eight. Everyone loved their meal. I had hibachi chicken like most of the girls and it was delicious. You get a lot of yum yum sauce.!!!
Friendly staff with modern atmosphere.
Sushi is a great plus and comes out extremely fast.
Hibachi and dining is overall a great experience.
Bar has great Martinis and great customer service.
Best sushi I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in Orlando, DC and Atlanta – it’s the best. High quality and delicious. My husband and I won’t go anywhere else. Our favorite is Angel roll then Yumi Yumi roll and we top it off with spicy tuna (best spicy tuna ever). I also go there all the time for their lunch special – 2 limited rolls (I get spicy tuna and dynamite – so good!) with soup and salad for $11! Lastly, the hibachi is the best quality too. We love everything about this place. GO NOW 🙂
Wonderfully delicious lunch! Excellent service even tho we arrived 5 minutes before they “closed”. No hurrying, no hassle, just treated like you would like to be treated. Will definitely go back again, perhaps for dinner if schedule allows. Manager is extremely friendly and runs a great operation there.
I’ve been to many hibachi places and this place has the best food by far. I drive from east Atlanta to go here. The portions are big too. Go here next time u want hibachi 🙂
My family and I visited this location after church and received great service, a wonderful hibachi performance, and a great lunch price of less than $40 for chicken/steak/fried rice for 3. That’s an awesome deal when compared to Benihana or Nakatos.

God bless!
We tried this place on a whim and have been back several times now. Prices are great. Service is incredibly friendly. And the food is wonderful. I generally get hibachi and my husband gets sushi. We both leave there happy! I would highly recommend this place!
Great food, great staff!
Lunch hibachi portions were big. In addition, the rolls Angel (spicy tuna) and spiderman (spider rolls) were delicious!
Their sushi? Phenomenal! Their hibachi? Phenomenal!
The bartender is has made me many delicious drinks and definitely did not skimp on the alcohol, like you find with some restaurants.
Absolutely loved my experience here. What a great atmosphere, ambiance, and the food was delicious. Felix, the manager came by and checked on us on the regular to make sure we were doing great. Just a great experience overall.
This place is really good. I love Asian food, and if a place is not amazing, I won’t return (a.k.a. most of the places in Midtown and Buckhead). This place, I am a return customer.  Prices are very good for hibachi. Typically it’s about $20 for hibachi chicken (a little lower if you want basic white rice). This comes with green salad, miso soup, a few shrimp pieces, noodles, vegetables, and chicken. The filet mignon is also really good (can vary depending on the chef you get). The atmosphere is really nice, and is also a good date spot. Alcoholic drinks are also quite tasty and pack a punch.
